We believe the Holy Bible is the verbally inspired word of God, containing a total of 66 books, 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 books in the New Testament.
We believe that every word from the first word of Genesis to the last word of Revelations is true, complete, and error free. That there is nothing missing or corrupted, and that the Bible is a complete instruction and operating Manuel for all Mankind.
We believe there is only one true and living God and that He is the maker and supreme ruler of the heavens and the earth and worthy of all praise and Glory.
We believe in the Triune God. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, co-equal and co-eternal. Each has an individual identity and separate responsibilities for the purposes of redemption, yet they are perfectly united as three Persons in One.
We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ. We believe He is the only begotten, virgin born Son of God, the 2nd Person in the Trinity, God the Son, and God manifest in the flesh.
We believe in the substitutionary atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ. He, by the grace of God, tasted death for all mankind, and all must be born again or be forever lost. Even though Jesus was sinless He took all of our sins and shed His precious blood on an old rugged tree for us. He arose again on the third day and presently sits in heaven with the Father.
We believe that Mankind was made by God, complete, perfect, and sinless. We believe that they were deceived and sinned in the Garden of Eden. The consequence of that action is that all mankind is born into sin and therefore they need a savior.
We believe that in order to be saved, sinners be born again. In John 3:3 Jesus Christ said that you must be born again to see heaven. By Grace through faith sinners can be born again. We believe that the instant a sinner accepts Jesus Christ as their Savior they become a new creation in Christ and recipient of Eternal Life.
We believe that those who have trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior should be baptized in water by immersion. Baptism does not atone for sin. Only the blood of Jesus can save us from sin. Water baptism is a picture of what transpired when we placed our faith and trust in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ to save us from our sins.
